- No Watermarks: We do not inject watermarks, logos, or forced promotional branding onto your generated assets.
- Lawful Content Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to any materials you process using our tools.

You agree not to use FreeCodeKit to:
- Process or generate material that is defamatory, unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing upon another party's intellectual property.
